Chair-based classes for seniors and people with mobility issues focusing on functional skills, aiding the muscles used in everyday activity and is performed at a pace that suits the participants. Children’s Boxing with Dickie and LeonStretch & Relaxation with Mel
For ages 5 to 11 has a mix of sporting games, boxing skills and improves coordination Dickie and Leon’s aim is to make it fun whilst getting fit.Working on flexibility and mobility from head to toe using flowing movements and stretching. Finishing with a relaxation section.
Fitness Circuits with DickieYoga with Gemma
If you like to work out but you’re short of time with a hectic lifestyle then this is for you. Core exercises and body weight moves have been put into a HIIT-type class to burn maximum calories in a short time, challenging with lots of sweat but no tears!Build strength as well as flexibility. Yoga practice makes you strong, stable and improves posture. Relax and calm your mind for a better night’s sleep.
Fit Circuit SamiaYoga with Jo
A range of different exercise stations, with lower and upper body strength movements, agility and cardio exercise to challenge, adaptations will be offered to those who are just beginning their fitness journey.Monday classes, heavily influenced by Hatha, a series of asanas aimed at mindfulness, complex binds, floor work aligning all chakras; uniting the body and the mind.- Beginner to intermediate Thursday classes combining more powerful asanas, whole body work out, aligning all chakras again. - Intermediate to advanced.
Legs Bums Tums with MelZumba with Samia
Targeting those areas we love to hate, simple but effective exercises to tone and tighten.A fitness class featuring movement inspired by various of Latin American dance styles. Lots of fun and you will come out with a smile.
Pilates with KimZumba Ladies with Samia
An all-over body workout, focussing on alignment, breathing and control. Concentrates on strengthening the body with emphasis on the core. I am a ‘hands-on’ instructor providing options for all levels. Class format changes from session to session incorporating equipment at times to enhance your workout.A ladies-only class featuring the Latin American dance styles which sets Zumba apart. Come and join us.
Pump It with Samia
Pump is a fast-paced barbell workout designed to get you lean, toned and fit. The workout uses light to moderate weight with lots of repetitions all with motivating music.
