Queen Anne House

At Queen Anne House, we are here for young people – providing supported accommodation for 16 to 25-year-olds for up to two years.

Queen Anne House is a social housing development made up of eighty beds in a range of accommodation types. These range from bedsit style rooms, of which bathrooms and kitchens are shared, to shared and self-contained flats.

A Key Worker will be assigned to each of our residents on arrival, ensuring that their individual needs are identified and met.

Throughout a young person’s stay with us, there will be time to build their confidence and develop their life skills, working closely with their Key Worker who will provide them with advice and assistance.

As their skills develop, residents will be given opportunities to move through the accommodation types, with the aim of securing their own self-contained flat.

On site, residents can take advantage of several amenities, such as the air hockey and football tables, and gym. There are also washing machines and dryers supplied, which residents can use at a subsidised rate.

We hope that the skills learnt at Queen Anne House will enable former residents to achieve a positive move on and sustain a tenancy agreement.

Accommodation at Queen Anne House is only granted through a referral process and a successful interview to young people who really need our support.
