Our Housing Related Support (HRS) accommodation is here for young people in Bury St Edmunds – providing supported housing for single 16 to 21-year-olds for up to two years.
Our residents receive 24-hour support from our dedicated support team of Key Workers. The aim is for residents to move on to independent living after their time with us, so our Key Workers will be help them through a short-term support plan, as well as provide them with practical advice and assistance so they can develop important life skills such as budgeting and seeking employment.
Our accommodation is made up of 16 hostel rooms within a 3-storey building. Each young person will have access to their own room with their own kitchen, with shared bathrooms on each floor. A shared living space and laundry facilities are provided in separate building.
We hope that the skills learnt here with us will enable former residents to achieve a positive move on and sustain a tenancy agreement.
