UASC have worked closely with Suffolk Refugee to set up the UASC Youth Club.
This is held every Thursday at the YMCA HUB from 16:30-18:30pm Term time and is open to all UASC provisions such as Sixteen Plus and Benjamin Foundation.
It’s a chance for the boys to socialise and relax, play pool and take part is whole host of activities. We also have visitors come and give talks to the boys for example Ghecko Theatre Group/Turning point.
Interestingly, there are round 120 UASC residents between provisions across Ipswich and we have had a total of 84 of them come to Youth Club since it started.
This is a very popular event that the boys look forward to and a huge success.
