Staff Wellbeing Workshop

As the prevalence of mental health difficulties amongst adults and children and young people rises, it is important that all of us consider and look after our own mental health. This is especially important in settings that look after others. Adults who have good mental wellbeing are more likely to cope during stressful episodes and to contribute positively to the emotional wellbeing of those around them.

Course Summary

Mentally healthy workplaces implement a whole setting approach to wellbeing. This Staff Wellbeing workshop is suitable for all staff in your setting, proving foundation knowledge to support an individuals own wellbeing.
