Job Role

Senior Accommodation Support Workers work with and deputise for the Accommodation Manager in leading our staff teams to deliver a high quality person centred housing and support service to vulnerable young people. Ensuring that good key working practices are in accordance with Housing Related Support and are maintained throughout and reflect the highest standards of care and professional expertise.

 

Successful applicants should have the following qualities:

  • Experience with line management
  • Experience with on Call
  • Experience of working with high needs young people aged 16 to 17 year olds
  • Ability to work on a rota basis

 

In return we are offering 40 hours a week, to be worked Monday to Friday with evening and occasional weekend working on a rota basis.

Your own car with business insurance is an essential requirement.
