Job Role

YMCA Trinity Group has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Room Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work alongside a job share to support and share expertise in aspiring towards an outstanding provision.

 

The successful candidate will be skilled, imaginative, have vision, drive and the ability to motivate. They will be flexible, approachable and able to demonstrate professional leadership as well as being able to demonstrate knowledge of the standards required by Ofsted.

 

Applicants should have the following qualities:

  • Qualified with at least a Level 4 in Early Years or equivalent
  • Extensive working knowledge of the EYFS
  • Be motivated to provide high quality Childcare at all times
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Must be able to work well in a team

 

In return we are offering 15 hours per week, to be worked across 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday) on a TERM TIME ONLY basis.

 

The salary for this role is £5,970 per annum and additional Benefits we offer are:
