Who we work with

We are proud to work with a variety of organisations and partners including:

Grant funding and commissioners

Fenland & East Cambridgeshire Opportunity Area Programme, as well as Peterborough Opportunity Area & Department for Education –

The Fenland and East Cambridgeshire Opportunity Area (OA) was launched by the government in January 2017 as one of 12 OAs across England. The aim is to raise education standards locally, providing every child and young person in the area with the chance to reach their full potential.

The programme is led by an independent board of local leaders and involves national and local government, education leaders and teachers, voluntary organisations and employers working together to plan and deliver a programme which gives children and young people across the region the opportunities and support they deserve.

YMCA Trinity Group have been working with the Opportunity Area team since 2018 in delivering mental health training to schools and early years settings across the Fenland and East Cambridgeshire area. We are now working within the Peterborough Opportunity Area delivering a similar programme of training for settings across the city. For more information regarding the funding available for this training email us at mentalhealthtraining@ymcatrinity.org.uk.

Cambridgeshire County Council & Peterborough City Council: Public Health Directorate – Funding to support the development and co-ordination of the local mental health offer to schools.

Suffolk Community Foundation: Coronavirus Community Fund – Funding to support the implementation of a software system to help us refer, assess and monitor clinical services

Awards for All Funding to arrange additional support for parents and staff during COVID-19 lockdown e.g. webinars, supervision, etc
