Children and Young People’s Service Accommodation

Our CYPS (Children and Young People’s Services) Accommodation is specifically for Care Leavers who need daily support and are supported by Children and Young People’s Services.

Young people can stay in this accommodation for up to 18 months, and will gain the skills and confidence they need in order to move on to more independent housing.

The CYPS Accommodation is 4 terraced houses. Each young person has their own bedroom with shared bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room within each one of the houses. The separate houses create small communities that young people thrive in.

The young people will receive a high level of daily support delivered by our 24/7 Engagement Officers. The young people will have all food provided and the opportunity to cook together. There are rules and expectations for the CYPS Accommodation including a curfew.
