Contract: Quality Assurance Manager – Accommodation
Pay: £30,866 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week post Monday to Friday. From time to time some work will be required in the evenings or at weekends.
Location: Can be based at Cambridge, Peterborough or Ipswich. Role will require travelling through Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.

Head office will be considered as Queen Ann House, Gonville Place, Cambridge CB1 1ND

Job Role

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our accommodation team. This will be a key role putting quality and co-production at the heart of everything we do.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable people and empowering them to have their say. You will be able to bring best practice and innovation to our work. Being able to think creatively will be strongly encouraged. You will be highly successful at collaborative work with partners and be able to evidence how you have driven substantial service improvements that improved outcomes for clients.

Ideally you will have experience of enhancing service delivery and best practice across several dispersed teams.

Having the ability to address areas for improvement is critical to the role and the successful candidate will demonstrate the skills and knowledge to drive the quality assurance work for the accommodation teams.

We can offer hybrid working and an office base at either Peterborough, Cambridge or Ipswich. The successful candidate would need to be able to travel to each of our bases to work closely with our local teams.
