“As a secondary school counsellor working with YMCA, it feels a very privileged role. I have the opportunity to help young people whom may be struggling in their teenage years offering them a safe and healthy environment to explore and share their difficulties and concerns. Although I work self-employed, I am not alone as there is a very supportive team readily available at YMCA, the staff can help with any simple questions to more difficult support. There is a great energy within the team and they have great vision and ambition on moving forward supporting young people with the help and support they need.Hayley
