The Cresset is a unique venue which has been operating at the heart of the local community for over 40 years. With an 850-seater theatre, a busy local pub / restaurant, and a wide range of conference and banqueting events, the role of Kitchen Manager offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated team who are committed to driving growth and delivering exceptional service.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, the successful applicant will be ready to lead from the front, coaching and mentoring the team to deliver their best work and driving to grow the business through innovation and a commitment to quality.
Days and hours
In return, we are offering 40 hours to be worked over 7 days a week, to include evenings and weekends.
Salary and benefits
The salary for this role is £26,000 per year, with overtime to be authorised as and when required.
