Across YMCA Trinity Group we offer a range of support to families including six fully operational childcare settings providing places for 238 children on a daily basis.
Our Exning Road provision caters for children aged 3 months to 12 years and is open all year round. Throughout the nursery we encourage independence allowing the children the time to practice new skills. We provide an environment full of praise and encouragement where children are given the opportunity to make their own choices and to reach their full potential. We offer a range of different activities to suit each child’s developmental level and interests.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, committed individual to join our team as a Holiday Club Playworker covering the School holidays on an as and when basis.
If you can answer yes to the following questions, then you may be the person we have been searching for…
- Can you design science experiments to excite children?
- Are you happy to have your face painted by a child?
- Do you know all about playground games, and can you make up new ones?
- Do you like to laugh at made up jokes?
Applicants should be at least Level 2 qualified, the ability to work in a team, sharing ideas and bringing those ideas to life is a must. A genuine respect for our children and families, offering support and guidance, is essential for this role.

This role is on an as and when basis.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is £9.99 – £10.25 per hour.
