About Us

 

YMCA Childcare Exning Road is an expanding setting in Newmarket, providing childcare for children aged between 3 months and 11yrs. We are open 51 weeks a year from 8am to 6pm and are looking for a dynamic, passionate and committed individual to join our team in the role of Deputy Room Leader.

Job Role

 

The successful candidate will hold at least a full and relevant Level 3, with extensive working knowledge of the EYFS.

Have the ability to lead and manage, as well as be part of a team, sharing ideas and bringing those ideas to life is a must.

A genuine respect for our children and families, offering support and guidance in their Early Years, is essential for this role.

Days and Hours

 

This role is for 38 hours per week, worked across a set rota of 4 days per week. Permanent contract – all year round.


Salary and Benefits

 

In return, we are offering a salary of £18,416 per year.
