Being part of a healthy, stable family gives a young person the best start in life. Across YMCA Trinity Group we offer a range of support to families including six fully operational childcare settings providing places for 238 children on a daily basis.

Blinco Grove opened at the start of 2020 and is situated near Addenbrookes Hospital in the heart of the City. The provision caters for children aged 3 months to 5 years and has the capacity to cater for up to 73 children at one time. Despite the global pandemic, Blinco Grove has thrived into a popular and flourishing childcare setting which has led to a growing waiting list.

Job Role

 

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to support our Room Leaders and management team in aspiring towards an Outstanding provision and ensuring high quality inclusive childcare is continually provided. The successful candidate will be skilled, imaginative, enthusiastic, have vision, drive and the ability to motivate. They will be flexible, approachable and able to display professional leadership as well as being able to demonstrate knowledge of the standards required by Ofsted.

You must be qualified with a Level 3 in Early Years or equivalent.

 

Applicants should have the following qualities:

 

  • Extensive working knowledge of the EYFS
  • Be motivated to provide high quality Childcare at all times
  • Strong leadership skills

Days and Hours

 

This is a full time role for 40 hours a week.
