Customer Service Assistant (part time)

Location Queen Anne House, Gonville Place, Cambridge CB1 1ND
Hours Monday – Thursday 5pm-8pm, Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturday & Sundays 8am-4pm

Job role


In addition to providing front of house support to all users of the Facilities in Queen Anne House our Customer Service Assistants undertake administrative tasks and general office duties. They also support the running of our busy Gym and assist with coordinating visitors and room bookings.


The successful applicant will have the following qualities:


  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to deliver good face to face customer care
  • Experience using computers
  • Sunny disposition
  • Be able to work as part of a team

Days and hours


We have a number of shifts available on a permanent basis:


  • Monday: 5pm-8pm
  • Tuesday: 5pm-8pm
  • Wednesday: 5pm-8pm
  • Thursday: 5pm-8pm
  • Friday: 4pm-7pm
  • Saturday: 8am-4pm
  • Sunday: 8am-4pm
