Assistant Accommodation Project Worker – Part Time

The role will include planning and organising activities, key-working individuals, as well as engaging with all of the young people who live within the projects and supporting them to develop socially, personally and spiritually in order that they may grow in confidence and independence.
You will be required to ensure that all residents receive an appropriate level of support and training according to their individual needs; and will assist residents to access education, employment, training and voluntary work experience.
Experience working with a similar client group and an understanding of the needs and challenges these young people face is essential. Experience delivering group work sessions is desirable, though a full induction and training would be given.
This role will include flexible working hours (20 hours a week) based on residents’ needs.

Days and hours
This role is for 20 hours per week. The shifts for this role are to be scheduled across 5 days a week, for 5 hours per day, based on residents’ needs.
Salary and benefits
The salary for this role is £9,131 per year. Additional benefits we offer include:
