Pay £9,131 per year
Hours 5 hours per day based on resident’s needs (max 20 hours per week)

Job role


The role will include planning and organising activities, key-working individuals, as well as engaging with all of the young people who live within the projects and supporting them to develop socially, personally and spiritually in order that they may grow in confidence and independence.


You will be required to ensure that all residents receive an appropriate level of support and training according to their individual needs; and will assist residents to access education, employment, training and voluntary work experience.


Experience working with a similar client group and an understanding of the needs and challenges these young people face is essential. Experience delivering group work sessions is desirable, though a full induction and training would be given.


The successful applicant will have the following qualities:


  • Ability to develop and organise inclusive activities
  • Having the ability to promote and encourage participation.
  • Be well organised
  • Excellent communication skill

Days and hours


The role is to be worked 5 hours per day based on residents’ needs (max 20 hours per week).
