Hours  37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Job Role

The Accommodation Administrator is to be responsible for the recording, monitoring and amending of all records related to the rent charges of the housing databases. This will include adding the weekly rent charges to our housing database, raising invoices for all current housing residents and sending letters to residents to encourage payments.

The successful applicant will have the following qualities:

  • Be organised and self-motivating
  • Able to work and concentrate in a busy work environment
  • Previous experience of invoicing and accounts, in a housing benefit department
