Job Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice at our YMCA Childcare St Margaret’s Road site for 30 hours per week, Term Time only.

 

Our provision delivers high quality care and education to children aged 2-12 years.  YMCA Childcare is fast expanding so this is a fantastic opportunity to learn about childcare and work alongside knowledgeable and experienced staff.

 

Working as an apprentice in our Childcare Setting you will gain hands on experience of working with children and have the support you need to complete your studies.

 

You should have the following qualities:

  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Have good interpersonal skills
  • Be approachable and friendly
  • Able to receive feedback positively
  • Have good IT skills
  • Be fun and outgoing

This role is to be worked Monday to Friday, Term Time only and we are offering a salary of £6,224 per annum, additional Benefits we offer are:
